WOOD PULP MACHINE

Wood pulp machine could make paper pulp from wood chips. The finished wood paper pulp could be used for making paper or other paper products. The wood pulp production process refers to the process of extracting cellulose fibers from wood. Cellulose is a polysaccharide that is the main component of wood. The wood pulp production process aims to extract cellulose from wood through chemical, mechanical or semi-chemical mechanical methods for the manufacture of paper, cardboard and other paper products. .

The wood pulp production process usually includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation of wood: The wood is cut, peeled and planed to remove impurities and bark, and turn the wood into small pieces suitable for producing wood pulp. 2. Determine the chemical composition of wood: Use chemical analysis instruments to detect the chemical composition of wood, including the content of cellulose, lignin and other impurities, which helps determine suitable production processes and chemical inputs.

3. Chemical treatment of wood: Put the wood into a large tank and add chemicals, such as alkaline oxide or sulfuric acid. The chemicals react chemically with the cellulose and lignin in the wood, making the cellulose fibers soluble in water. This process is called cellulolysis.

4. Fiber separation: Put the chemically treated wood into a crusher and separate the wood fibers through mechanical force. This process is often called beating, and the purpose is to separate the wood fibers from other components.

5. Cleaning and screening: Clean and screen the beaten mixture through a mesh screen to further purify the cellulose fibers. This process removes impurities and unwanted ingredients.

6. Bleaching of cellulose fibers: After cleaning and screening, cellulose fibers usually need to be bleached to remove residual pigments and other impure substances. Bleaching is usually performed using oxidants or reducing agents.

7. Preparation of wood pulp: After beating, cleaning and bleaching, cellulose fibers are usually further dispersed and suspended in water to prepare usable wood pulp.

8. Storage and transportation of wood pulp: Prepared wood pulp is usually stored in large containers and transported through pipelines to downstream paper manufacturers or other users for use.
