The second step is to pour the processed bagasse into the blender, adding alkaline solution in the mixing process, for a long time to boil, in order to remove the remaining sugar in the bagasse;

The third step requires multiple processes of rinsing to remove harmful substances.

Finally, when only sugarcane fiber is left, sugarcane fiber can be pressed into a mold and formed into a disposable dinner plate. The biggest advantage of this disposable plate made from bagasse is that it degrades much faster than the previous plastic plate. It only takes three months to complete the degradation instead of hundreds of years, which is a great protection for the natural environment.
